3.Equipment configuration: This equipment is designed and manufactured according to the standard electrical control cabinet, and is equipped with various low-voltage electrical appliances required to complete various electrical controls, such as: residual current circuit breaker, voltmeter, ammeter, button, signal lamp, fuse, alarm device, current transformer, contactor, time relay, intermediate relay, thermal relay, travel switch, changeover switch, rectifier diode, motor, etc. It includes: 1 three-phase power switch (1 single-phase and 1 three-phase circuit breaker each), 5 fuses, 3 AC contactors; 1 motor, 3 current transformers, 2 thermal relays, 2 intermediate relays, 2 time relays, 4 travel switches, and several terminal blocks.

5.The equipment must be configured to meet the requirements of special operation low-voltage electrician practical examination.
The selected electrical components are all international standard components produced by China Chint or other well-known companies, which can support various circuit assessment requirements. Each set is equipped with necessary electrician tools for practical operation or assessment. The main control circuit of this equipment adopts AC36V safety voltage.
6.Safety protection structure requirements: such as firm grounding, built-in button indicator lights, motor protective covers, etc. The structure shall not deviate from industrial practical applications. The cabinet includes electrical practical operation/assessment board, tool partition, motor and motor mounting plate, etc.
7.Terminal blocks: Since the equipment is used frequently, the terminal blocks must be firm, durable, easy to disassemble and replace, and equipped with sufficient spare parts.
8.Process requirements: The arrangement of electrical components on the electrical board shall be reasonable, beautiful, easy to operate, and with sufficient space. Terminal numbers shall be printed and arranged in accordance with unified specifications, which is conducive to students’ practical operation and assessment.
9.After the equipment is delivered to the user’s designated location, work such as wire laying, wiring, and power-on test run shall be carried out. The wire laying project must be in accordance with national standard specifications.
