Industrial Automation Comprehensive Training Platform

The industrial automation comprehensive training platform is mainly used for the design, installation, debugging, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical systems in industrial automation; PLC programming for industrial automation; parameter adjustment and programming control of voltage frequency conversion and servo systems in industrial automation; detection and application of industrial automation sensors; and programming and application of human-machine interfaces.

1. Functional Description:

(1) Integrating the installation and wiring debugging of automated electrical equipment, installation and wiring debugging of pneumatic equipment, PLC and touch screen programming, and sensor detection.

 

(2) The overall control system is also built with aluminum profiles. A mesh plate is set in the middle of the front. The automated equipment installed on the mesh plate can be adjusted according to task requirements. The automated equipment includes PLC, human-machine interface, distributed IO, frequency converter, industrial switch, guide rail type switching power supply and other commonly used equipment in current industrial control systems. It is connected with the object model through special cables to complete the connection of electrical control lines.

 

(3) The mechanical execution is modular, featuring typical design, compact mechanical structure, complete functions, convenient disassembly and assembly, simple action flow, clear action connection between modules, and clear working principle.

2. Technical Indicators:

(1) The training equipment adopts a modular open design structure. It can not only be used as an independent system alone, but also can be combined with other similar equipment as a subsystem to form an automated production line system, with advantages such as functional expandability.

 

(2) The working process and operating status of various pneumatic components, electrical components and mechanical motion actuators are intuitive.

 

(3) The training equipment has manual and automatic control as well as online modes. Through manual control, the working performance of main components such as the mechanical transmission mechanism, motor, limit protection switch, solenoid valve, cylinder and gas claw of the device can be detected.

 

(4) Each part of the training equipment can be easily disassembled from the whole machine and form a single training function module with PLC through standard interfaces.

 

(5) It has good safety performance.
