I. Overview

This device is a training device developed in accordance with the requirements of Subject 2 (electrical control circuits and lighting circuits) in the safety technical practical operation examination standards for low-voltage electrical operations issued by the National Emergency Management Department. Through the training operation of this device, one can quickly master the practical technologies and operational skills specified in the safety technical practical operation examination standards for low-voltage electrical operations. It is targeted, practical, scientific and advanced. This device is not only suitable for students’ training operations, but also an ideal equipment for skill assessment of primary electricians in various labor vocational skill appraisal departments, colleges and universities, vocational schools and technical schools.

II. Equipment Composition and Features

(I) Power Supply and Instrument Control Panel

The control panel is of iron double-layer matte dense-grain spray structure with an aluminum panel. It provides AC power output for experiments. The specific functions are as follows:
(1) Three-phase four-wire power input, after passing through the leakage protector and the main switch, is operated by the contactor through the start and stop buttons; there is a transformer, and after closing the switch, the secondary side of the transformer can output 24V AC voltage; the side of the control panel is equipped with a single-phase 220V power socket.

(II) Experiment Table

The experiment table is of iron double-layer matte dense-grain spray structure, with a fireproof, waterproof and wear-resistant high-density board desktop. It has a solid structure and an elegant appearance. There are two drawers (with locks) on each side of the table.

(III) Training Hanging Box

The hanging box is equipped with fuses, toggle switches, AC contactors, time relays, button switches, signal indicator lights, thermal relays, etc. All components are of well-known domestic brands. The wiring of various training components is carried out on the terminal block, which avoids the loss of components caused by long-term screw disassembly on the components themselves. The wiring is done through the wiring trough for process wiring training. The connection between the training circuit and the device power supply is realized through safety sockets and high-reliability sheathed structure pistol plug connecting wires, which is safe and fast.

1.Motor one-way continuous operation wiring (with inching control) module (referred to as K21)

2.Wiring and safe operation module for forward and reverse operation of three-phase asynchronous motor (referred to as K22)

3.Installation and wiring module of single-phase electric energy meter with lighting lamp (referred to as K23)

4.Motor operation control circuit wiring module with fuse (circuit breaker), instrument and current transformer (referred to as K24)

5.Wire connection (referred to as K25)

6.Three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor
