I. Overview

This device is developed based on the electrical control circuits and practical electronic circuits required by the content of primary and intermediate assessment and training skills for maintenance electricians issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Through the training operations of this device, one can quickly master the practical technologies and operational skills of the course. It is targeted, practical, scientific and advanced. This device is not only suitable for students’ training operations, but also an ideal equipment for primary and intermediate maintenance electrician skill assessment in various labor vocational skill appraisal departments, colleges and universities, vocational schools, and technical schools.

II. Equipment Composition and Features:

(I) WX01 Power Supply and Instrument Control Panel

The control panel has a iron double-layer matte dense-grain spray structure with an aluminum panel. It provides AC power, high-voltage DC power, low-voltage DC power and various test instruments for experiments. The specific functions are as follows:

 

  1. Main Control Function Board
    (1) Three-phase four-wire power input, after passing through the leakage protector, then through the main switch, and operated by the contactor through the start and stop buttons;
    (2) Equipped with three 450V pointer-type AC voltmeters to indicate the three-phase voltage of the power input;
    (3) Timer and alarm recorder (service manager), which is usually used as a clock, with functions such as setting experiment time, timing alarm, and cutting off power supply; it can also automatically record the total number of leakage alarms and instrument over-range alarms caused by wrong wiring or operation, providing a unified standard for the assessment of students’ experimental skills.
  2. AC and DC Power Supplies
    (1) Excitation power supply: DC 220V/0.5A, with short-circuit protection.
    (2) Armature power supply: one DC 0-220V/2A continuously adjustable power supply, with short-circuit protection.
    (3) DC stabilized power supply: two channels of ±12V/0.5A, one channel of +5V/0.5A, with short-circuit soft cut-off and automatic recovery protection function.
    (4) AC power supply: ① A set of transformers is provided. The primary side of the transformer can be connected to 220V or 380V AC power according to different wiring. After closing the switch, the secondary side of the transformer can output AC voltages of 36V, 110V, 20V, 20V, 12V, and 6.3V; ② A set of single-phase voltage regulators is provided, which can provide an adjustable AC voltage of 0-250V; ③ The control panel is equipped with a single-phase three-pole 220V power socket and a three-phase four-pole 380V power socket.

(II) Experiment Table

The experiment table has a iron double-layer matte dense-grain spray structure. The tabletop is a fireproof, waterproof, and wear-resistant high-density board, with a solid structure and an elegant appearance. There are two drawers (with locks) on each side of the table.

(III) Training Hanging Boxes

The hanging boxes are equipped with fuses, toggle switches, AC contactors, time relays, DC contactors, button switches, signal indicators, thermal relays, etc. All components are of well-known domestic and foreign brands. The wiring of various training components is carried out on the terminal block, which avoids the loss of components caused by long-term screw disassembly on the components themselves. Wiring is done through the wiring trough for process wiring training. The connection between the training circuit and the device power supply is through safety sockets and high-reliability sheathed structure pistol plug connecting wires, which is safe and fast.

The hanging board is equipped with a thermal relay, AC contactor, button indicator light (6.3V), terminal block, safety socket, etc.

2. WX-02 Maintenance Electrician Training Component (II)

The hanging box is equipped with spiral fuses, plug-in fuses, low-voltage circuit breakers, time relays, AC contactors, terminal blocks, safety sockets, etc.

3. WX-03 Maintenance Electrician Training Component (III)

The hanging box is equipped with spiral fuses, changeover switches, solenoid valves, cross switches, travel switches, etc.
