Equipment configuration: The cabinet is equipped with various training components such as single-pole switches, double-pole switches, single-phase and three-phase watt-hour meters, lighting lamps, fluorescent lamps, etc. All wiring of the components is done on the terminal blocks, thus avoiding damage caused by long-term wiring on the components themselves. The wiring is routed through the wire troughs using process wiring. It includes: power switches (3 single-phase circuit breakers, 1 three-phase circuit breaker), 2 electricity meters, lighting lamps (1 incandescent lamp and 1 fluorescent lamp each), 2 fuses (note: rated current 32A and above), 1 residual current device, 1 combination switch, 1 single-pole switch and 1 double-pole switch, and several terminal blocks.

Training modules.
(1) Various experimental equipment, sockets, switches, etc., adopt a modular form to facilitate the organization and implementation of examinations. The examination modules and the experimental panel are connected in a quick way: any examination module can be taken, placed, fixed on the base plate or replaced within 20 seconds, and can be smoothly moved to any position on the experimental panel according to the requirements of the examination circuit.

(2) Requirements for the production of module base plates (bases): The module base plates are made of insulating materials such as bakelite or polyethylene through one-time molding, which are required to be non-toxic, odorless, and have good plasticity; the shape design is humanized, in line with ergonomics, and safe. During the process of access, placement and movement, safe, comfortable and natural operation can be achieved; the module base plates must be reusable. The same hole can be used for installing and replacing terminal blocks with M3 or M4 self-tapping screws for more than 30 times, and the screw holes on the module base plates still do not slip or loosen, and the base plates do not deform.
- The equipment should be equipped with an experimental panel with a length of not less than 1200mm and a width of not less than 600mm as a platform for training and assessment operations. During the examination, according to the examination content and circuit diagram requirements, each examination module is fixed on the experimental panel for wiring and other operations; it is solid and stable without loosening, with a flat and smooth surface, and has undergone spraying and baking paint treatment, on which writing and drawing can be done.
