Electrical Operation Platform

Functional Requirements:

  1. The platform can realize comprehensive practical training such as AC/DC electric drive, motor control circuit, relay contact control, RLC programmable control, lighting power distribution simulation operation, installation and commissioning, etc.
  2. It adopts a pendant structure, allowing arbitrary modification of experimental components to increase experimental content, facilitating secondary development and functional expansion.
  3. The platform shall be equipped with voltage – type leakage protectors and current – type leakage protectors to ensure operational safety. Each power output shall have monitoring, short – circuit protection and other functions, and each measuring instrument shall have protection functions.
  4. The motor is installed in the experimental platform, and a transparent organic glass isolation panel is used to clearly observe the operation of the motor.
  5. The platform power supply has a fault locking function. When handling faults, it prevents the leakage protector from closing, thus avoiding the risk of electric shock.
  6. The platform removes wireless modules such as Bluetooth connections and can operate independently offline.
  7. The platform shall have a fire – resistant, waterproof, wear – resistant, spacious and comfortable workbench surface, with universal wheels installed at the bottom for easy movement.
  8. According to the characteristics of different operation projects, it is equipped with high – reliability sheathed structure pistol plug connecting wires suitable for strong and weak electricity operation projects (if any), and elastic beryllium – copper exposed structure connecting wires suitable for adaptive digital – analog signal operation projects (if any). The three types of wires can only be connected to the corresponding matching sockets to improve the safety and rationality of the experiment.

Technical Parameters:

  1. AC power supply: 0V – 240V AC output
    It provides three – phase 0V – 450V adjustable AC power output and single – phase 0V – 240V adjustable AC power output. The output is equipped with overload, short – circuit and leakage protection.
  2. DC power supply: 0V – 240V DC output
    It provides 0 – 240V continuously adjustable DC power output and DC motor speed regulation (Ra, Rf), with overload protection function, and a DC digital voltmeter to monitor the output of the adjustable DC power supply.
  3. The platform shall be equipped with at least 6 single – phase three – pole 220V power sockets and 6 three – phase four – pole 380V power sockets.
  4. The platform shall be equipped with at least 2 relay contact control pendants, which can provide 3 AC contactors (coil voltage 220V), 2 thermal relays, 1 electronic time relay (power – on delay, working voltage 220V), 1 transformer (220V/26V/6.3V), 1 set of rectifier circuit and energy – consuming braking resistor (102/25W) respectively, 3 button switches with lights (1 yellow, 1 green and 1 red respectively), 3 fuses, 3 changeover switches, 4 travel switches, 1 signal light and 1 fuse holder. Among them, the working status of the intermediate relay and thermal relay is indicated by light – emitting diodes, and the working terminals of each device are led to the panel.
  5. Equipped with at least 3 DC digital parameter meters (small meters):
    DC digital voltmeter (1 piece): measuring range 0V – 300V, three – and – a – half digit display, accuracy 0.5 class.
    DC digital milliammeter (1 piece): measuring range 0V – 2000mA, three – and – a – half digit display, accuracy 0.5 class, with short – circuit protection function.
    DC digital ammeter (1 piece): measuring range 0V – 5A, three – and – a – half digit display, accuracy 0.5 class, with short – circuit protection function.
  6. Equipped with at least 3 AC parameter meters (AC testers):
    True effective value AC digital ammeter (1 piece): measuring range 0A – 5A, automatic range judgment and switching, accuracy 0.5 class, three – and – a – half digit display, with over – range alarm, indication and total power cut – off functions.
    AC ammeter (1 piece): measuring range 0A – 5A, accuracy class 10, with over – range alarm, indication and total power cut – off functions.
    AC voltmeter (1 piece): measuring range 0V – 500V, input impedance 1MΩ, accuracy class 10, each range has over – range alarm, indication and total power cut – off functions.
  7. The platform shall be equipped with resistor components, including one set of 90Ω×2/1.3A porcelain disk resistors and one set of 900Ω×2/0.41A porcelain disk resistors. The terminals of each winding are led to the panel, which can complete various combination modes such as series, parallel and series – parallel.
  8. The PLC control pendant has built – in digital I/O (24 input points/24 output points) (Mitsubishi 48MR).
  9. Equipped with 5 motors and transformers:
    1 DC shunt (separately excited) motor;
    1 three – phase squirrel – cage asynchronous motor;
    1 three – phase wound – rotor asynchronous motor (equipped with a winding start box);
    2 single – phase transformers.
